    FestForums® 2027 Terms and Conditions

    By purchasing a ticket and/or attending FestForums® 2027 (the ''Event''), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. No Refunds
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, returns, or cancellations will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, or changes to the Event program. Tickets may be transferable at the sole discretion of FestForums; please contact us for transfer requests.

    2. Photo, Video & Likeness Release
By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that FestForums, its organizers, sponsors, and authorized representatives may photograph, film, or record attendees during the Event. You grant FestForums the irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free right to use your image, likeness, voice, and any recorded media in any and all marketing, promotional, advertising, and editorial materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, email campaigns, print, and video, without compensation, notice, or further approval. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to notify event staff on-site and remove yourself from active recording areas. By obtaining a FestForums pass, we reserve the right to use your name and company in likeness in all marketing materials.

    3. Program Changes
FestForums® reserves the right to make changes to the Event program, including speakers, panelists, performers, scheduling, venue, and content, at any time and without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle attendees to a refund.

    4. Admission & Conduct
FestForums® reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of these terms or applicable laws, without refund.

    5. Separate Ticketed Events
Certain events, including but not limited to the Awards Ceremony and Benefit Concert, require a separate ticket and are not included with general conference registration.

    6. Assumption of Risk
Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the Event, including personal injury, loss, or property damage. FestForums is not liable for any such loss or injury to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    7. Health & Safety
Attendees agree to comply with all venue and Event health and safety guidelines in effect at the time of the Event.

    8. Agreement to Terms
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
